• Confirm which terminal issued the power bank;

• Confirm where a rental started;

• Confirm where a power bank was returned;

8. QR Code Rentals and HeyCharge

Volt Assist may provide customers with the option to rent a power bank by scanning a QR code displayed on a Volt Assist terminal or other Volt Assist materials.

QR-code rental services may be provided through HeyCharge or technology and platform providers supporting the Volt Assist rental service.

When you scan a QR code and proceed with a rental, information may be collected directly through the relevant rental platform.

Depending on the system and information you provide, this may include:

If a power bank is not returned in accordance with the applicable rental terms, Volt Assist may process or seek payment of any applicable additional charges.
